Registration & Drops

All rules are per the MFA By-laws and Maine State Championship Handbook, which are subject to change by majority vote of member schools. The information below is based on the 2021 invitation.
Pre-register by 11:55 p.m., Wednesday February 17, 2021 at Tabroom.com to provide the hosts with best estimates for capacity requirements. Collapsing or cancellation of events will be decided based on pre-registration information after this time.
Registration in Tabroom, including competitors and judges will be accepted no later than 11:55 p.m., Wednesday, February 24, 2021.
Coaches may drop competitors in Tabroom.com for a full refund until 5 p.m., Friday, February 26, 2021. Drops after that time are non-refundable.
Drops at or later than 8:00 a.m. February 27, 2021 will incur an additional $10 nuisance fee.
Dropping Competitors and Judges
Entry fees and judge obligations are frozen at 5 p.m. Friday, February 26.
Coaches can drop and change entries until Saturday, February 27 at 8:00 a.m. In the event you need to drop or make a change after that time, call or text the MFA hotline (207) 370-4632 and each drop will be assessed a $10 fine.If dropping a judge means the school is not meeting the judge-to-competitor ratio based on the fee freeze deadline of 5 p.m., Friday, February 26, the school must hire a new judge (if available) or drop competitors.
